This is an introductory course in the philosophy of science intended primarily for students in scientific disciplines. In fall 2014 I took over and re-vamped this course mid-semester for another instructor unable to continue teaching due to illness. While the syllabus and assignments during the semester were written by the previous instructor, I designed the following scaffolded final project assignment (a website or paper on a pseudoscience and demarcation criterion) for the course:
